Key Responsibilities Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and ongoing maintenance. Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and modern cloud technologies. Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams across multicultural and global environments. Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while maintaining high coding standards and software quality. Conduct code reviews, system testing, validation, and production deployments to ensure reliable software delivery. Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and recommend technical enhancements that support future business growth. Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI development tools and automation solutions, and contribute to technical roadmaps that drive innovation. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, software engineering, or enterprise application development. Strong experience with Java Spring Boot, Spring Batch, MySQL, MongoDB (NoSQL), Kafka, and Git. Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Google Cloud Storage (GCS), BigQuery, and Dataproc. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development best practices, version control, and project management tools such as Jira. Experience designing scalable software architectures and delivering enterprise-level web applications. Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar coding assistants. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work effectively within multicultural and cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Strong ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. Language Requirements: English : Fluent Japanese: Conversational Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience developing large-scale enterprise or e-commerce applications. Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and event-driven applications. Experience working in multinational organizations or global development teams.
