主な業務内容 EPC契約戦略および調達戦略の策定支援 入札書類(ITT)の作成・レビューおよび契約書類の整備 入札プロセスの運営、入札者とのコミュニケーションおよび質疑対応 EPC入札案件における商務・契約条件の評価・比較分析 契約リスクの特定、評価およびリスク低減策の策定 契約条件や商務条件に関する交渉・アライメントの推進 入札評価レポートおよび契約推奨資料の作成 日本国内の請負業者と海外プロジェクトチームとの調整・折衝 調達・契約業務におけるガバナンス、コンプライアンスおよび監査要件への対応 Role Overview The Japanese- Speaking Contract Advisor will play a key role in the formation, tendering, evaluation and award of major Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts for the project. The role will support the development and execution of EPC procurement strategies, preparation of tender documentation, contract formation activities, bidder engagement, tender clarification management, commercial evaluations, contract negotiations and award recommendation processes. The Contract Advisor will ensure commercial, contractual and procurement activities are executed in accordance with project governance requirements while maintaining consistency, transparency and competitiveness throughout the procurement process. The role requires strong EPC contracting experience, commercial acumen, contract drafting capability and fluency in both Japanese and English .
