臨床バイオマーカー測定リード（BM-BAM）

/IVD開発に関わった経験があればなお良い 求めるスキル・知識・能力：

臨床検体測定に用いられる各種測定技術（例：LBA/MSD、LC-MS/MS、フローサイトメトリー、IHC/ISH、NGS、オミクス解析等）のうち、自身の強みとなる技術領域を持ち、各技術の概要、適用範囲、限界を理解しながら、目的に応じて適切な測定系を提案できる知識

臨床検体測定に関する品質管理、アッセイ開発・バリデーション、外部委託、データレビューに関する実務的知識

プロジェクトの目的を理解し、科学的妥当性、実行可能性、品質、スピード、コストを総合的に判断して計画を立案・推進するプロジェクトマネジメント能力

創薬研究に関連するbiology、pharmacology関連データまたは臨床試験データを理解し、社内外の多様な専門家と協働しながら、測定データの意味をロジカルにわかりやすく説明し、開発戦略に落とし込むコミュニケーション能力

英語でのコミュニケーション能力（Reading/Writing/Listening/ Speaking ） 求める行動特性：

患者さんへの価値創出とデータ品質にこだわり、臨床試験における測定の信頼性に責任を持って取り組む姿勢。

創薬研究や臨床試験データの背景を自ら理解し、専門性の異なる関係者と建設的に議論し、目的達成に向けて周囲を巻き込みながら物事を前に進める姿勢。

新しい測定技術や未経験領域にも関心を持ち、学びながら実装可能性を見極める探求心と開拓精神。

求める資格：

ビジネス英会話力、目安としてTOEIC750点相当以上

薬学、生命科学、医学、臨床検査学等の関連領域における修士以上の学位。臨床検査技師等の資格があればなお良い ---- Desired experience：

Approximately 3 or more years of experience in clinical biomarker measurement, bioanalysis, or related assay development/validation in pharmaceutical companies, CROs, diagnostic laboratories, or academia.

Experience in clinical study sample analysis planning, outsourcing to CROs/assay vendors, and managing progress, quality, and issues.

Experience in biomarker research, translational research, clinical development, personalized healthcare, and/or CDx/IVD development is preferred. Preferred Knowledge and Skills :

Knowledge of at least one technology area of strength among technologies used for clinical sample analysis (e.g., LBA/MSD, LC-MS/MS, flow cytometry, IHC/ISH, NGS, omics), together with an understanding of the overview, applicability, and limitations of relevant technologies, and the ability to propose fit-for-purpose assay approaches.

Practical knowledge of quality control, assay development/validation, outsourcing, and data review for clinical sample analysis.

Project management skills to understand project objectives and drive plans by balancing scientific validity, feasibility, quality, speed, and cost.

Communication skills to understand biology/pharmacology data related to drug discovery and/or clinical trial data, collaborate with diverse internal and external experts, explain the meaning of measurement data in a logical and easy-to-understand manner, and translate findings into development strategy.

Communication skills in English (Reading/Writing/Listening/ Speaking ). Desired competencies：

A strong commitment to patient value and data quality, with ownership for the reliability of measurements in clinical studies.

A proactive mindset to understand the background of drug discovery and clinical trial data, discuss constructively with stakeholders from different specialties, and move activities forward by involving others toward shared goals.

Curiosity and a pioneering mindset to learn new measurement technologies and unfamiliar areas while assessing their implementability.

The ability to act autonomously in uncertain or challenging situations by visualizing risks and proposing alternatives to reach solutions. Desired Qualification：

Business English proficiency; as a rough guide, TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, medicine, or clinical laboratory science.
