Stay up-to-date on industry news and get your career consultation scheduled at About Your Company King Deux is partnering with a global leading, multi billion dollar Private Equity Real Estate Fund with solid and deep roots in Asia for the past 40 years. We are expanding the report team under the Asset Management Division. This department is responsible for preparing investor and management reports that incorporate both quantitative and qualitative analyses. These reports cover cash flow forecasts, investment returns, and flux analysis for the Funds; owned assets, including real estate, hotels, retails, and operating companies in Japan. The analyst will collaborate closely with internal teams based in Tokyo, such as Asset Management, Due Diligence, Closing; Execution, and Accounting, as well as with various global counterparts managing investments. About your role Develop and maintain financial models in Excel for cash flow projections and analysis. Coordinate with teams in global offices (primarily in Europe and the U.S.) on projects related to investments in Asia, with a focus on Japan. Support the preparation of weekly and quarterly reports, including managing data in Excel and updating investment narratives and variance commentary in English . What you will need to succeed Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, or consulting. Experience at a global firm, such as a major international accounting firm, is preferred. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets. Native-level proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking ). Strong business-level English skills, particularly in reading and writing. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
