You'll act as the primary point of contact for English - speaking travelers exploring Japan, ensuring every detail of their journey runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as a dedicated concierge for international guests throughout their stay in Japan Making, adjusting, or cancelling restaurant and activity reservations based on guest itineraries Bridging communication between English - speaking travelers and Japanese- speaking suppliers Providing tailored recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and activities across Japan Responding flexibly and calmly to last-minute changes or unexpected situations This is a client-facing, dynamic role where no two days are the same-and where your knowledge and hospitality truly make a difference. 対象となる方 To thrive in this role, you'll bring: Experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or travel-related roles Fluency in Japanese (native level) and business-level English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of Japanese culture, customs, and geography Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings or weekends when required The ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused under pressure オファー内容 In return, you'll enjoy: Competitive annual salary (approx. ¥5M-¥6M) 10 days of paid leave from your first year + 2 additional travel holidays annually Flexible working hours with core time (10:00-15:00) A modern Tokyo office with a collaborative, international team Commuting allowance and full social insurance coverage The chance to grow with a rapidly expanding company and build a meaningful career in travel ✨ If you're passionate about travel, culture, and delivering exceptional experiences, this is your chance to turn that passion into a career.
