Appealing Points: Drive enterprise application migration initiatives, coordinating technical teams, application owners, and global stakeholders across Japan and international locations. Work across modern infrastructure technologies, gaining exposure to cloud, virtualization, network, storage, middleware, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, and Jenkins. Play a key role in global transformation projects, leveraging Japanese- English communication, stakeholder management, risk tracking, and process improvement to ensure successful migration outcomes. Annual Salary: 8 Million Yen and above Job Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for application teams during migration planning and execution Organize and track migration and enablement issues for each application Coordinate issue review meetings and follow up on action items, risks, and dependencies Support communication between application owners and technical teams across Japan and global locations Facilitate Japanese- English communication and help translate technical discussions into clear business context Maintain trackers and status dashboards for open issues, risks, impacts, and remediation actions Produce regular status updates and documentation for stakeholders and application owners Prioritize and escalate blocker items to infrastructure leads or PMO as needed Support knowledge sharing through technical workshops, documentation, and runbooks Contribute to process improvement and standardization of migration and enablement activities Job Qualifications: Business-level communication skills in English , and the ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese with Japanese- speaking stakeholders Experience coordinating IT projects, migration activities, or application enablement work Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to translate technical issues between application owners and technical teams Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel Ability to prepare project documentation and status reports Good understanding of infrastructure-related concepts and application dependencies Preferred: Experience with infrastructure domains such as network, storage, compute, virtualization, cloud, middleware, and operations Experience supporting application migration or platform deployment in enterprise environments Experience in global or offshore coordination Familiarity with technical stacks such as Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, and Jenkins Experience in a regulated or financial services environment Languages Required: Native level Japanese and Business level English Company Description We are a global technology company, home to more than 224,000 people across 60 countries, delivering industry-leading capabilities centered around digital, engineering, cloud and AI, powered by a broad portfolio of technology services and products.
