Find work in Japan without guessing about visas and Japanese.

We read every listing and label the three things employers rarely say clearly: does the company sponsor a visa, how much Japanese you need, and whether foreign staff are actually welcome.

How the labels work

Visa sponsorship

We look for explicit statements like ビザ取得サポート. Listings that require you to already hold a work status, or that are part-time, are marked so you do not waste an application.

Japanese level

Stated JLPT levels are shown as-is. When nothing is stated we show a typical level for that kind of job and mark it as an estimate.

Openness to foreign staff

Explicit means the listing says 外国人歓迎 or similar. Implicit means foreign languages or international teams are mentioned. Neutral means nothing either way.
